Rosemont College Articulation Agreement
Graduates who earn a degree in Psychology or Social Science with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 will be assured admission into the Master of Arts Program in Counseling at Rosemont College.

Program Goals
- Identify the major concepts, theoretical perspectives, empirical findings, and historical trends in the social sciences.
- Examine research methods in the social sciences, including research design, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Use critical thinking, skeptical inquiry and the scientific approach to solve problems related to the social sciences.
- Apply social science concepts to personal, social, and organizational issues.
- Interpret evidence, accept ambiguity, and reflect other values that are the underpinning of the social sciences as disciplines.
- Demonstrate information competency through speaking and presenting and the ability to use computers and other technologies.
- Examine the complexity of social, cultural, and international diversity.
Successful Giant: Abreham Kittel '18
Abreham Kittel ’18, a Social Science major, began his career as an intern with the late former State Rep. Sid Kavulich and later worked with Rep. Kyle Mullins. He is currently a research analyst with the Pennsylvania State Senate Policy Office. Abreham is the Keystone College 2021 Young Alumni Award Recipient.
